How does the green competitive advantage of building a sustainable palm oil industry? The role of green innovations as a mediation

This study aims to analyze how green intellectual capital (GIC), organization culture (GOC), and information technology system (GIT) impact corporate sustainability (CS) through competitive advantage (GCA) with innovation (GI) as an intervening variable. used a partial least squares structural equation model (PLS-SEM) test the conceptual using SmartPLS version 3 on sample of 220 employees in palm oil industry PT Astra Agro Lestari Tbk. The result shows that GIC, GOC, GIT have effect GI GCA, further, GCA has proven affect CS. Therefore, Oil Palm Corporate can create will get Thus, it increase image company.
